Terms and Conditions:

By agreeing to transfer your firearm, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions. These are non-negotiable.

Refunds or Returns:

1. Riddle Firearms has a no return policy on parts or firearms sales, these sales are final.
   

2. Repairs will be preformed at Riddle Firearms discretion.

   1. If damage is found to be due to misuse the repair will be billable.

   2. If damage is found to be due to work preformed by Riddle Firearms the repair will be preformed free of charge.

3. We reserve the right to refuse repairs.

4. We reserve the right to issue a refund, at our discretion for sales. This will be less a 30% restocking fee.

NICS Failure:

1. If you purchase a firearm or transfer a firearm through Riddle Firearms and you fail the NICS background check your transfer fee will not be refunded.
   

2. Riddle Firearms does not issue refunds for firearms purchased through another vendor. If your vendor does not accept refunds, Riddle Firearms will purchase your firearm for the initial purchase price less 50% restocking fee.
   

3. If you purchase a firearm through Riddle Firearms and fail NICS, Riddle Firearms will purchase the firearm less 30% restocking fee.
